We are a family run guest house, situated close to the city centre. We have a private car park enabling guests to leave their cars and walk to the centre, which is about 12-15 mins. Breakfast is served in our conservatory overlooking the garden. All the bedrooms have newly refitted en-suite bathrooms, with shower, washbasin, and toilet facilities. Beds are as comfortable as possible to ensure a good nights sleep, there are new flat screen TV's with freeview channels, teacoffeechocolate making facilities and biscuits are provided, along with free Wi-Fi connection in each room. The car park is at the back, and leads down to the main entrance. We can take care of your luggage if you arrive early....and we ask guests to respect our non-smoking policy. Check-in 12:30 to 14:00hrs. or 16:45 to 19:30hrs.
